Mobie Oy takes the next step in its growth strategy with the appointment of Pasi Mantila as Chief Business Officer. The appointment is a key step in Mobie’s goal to accelerate growth and scale its CompetenceX business. The CompetenceX platform is in a strong development phase and its AI capabilities are about to reach the next level. At the same time, a more comprehensive learning needs framework is being created, as CompetenceX believes that skills development is not a standalone HR function, but a strategic competitive business driver that directly impacts productivity, transformation and growth.

Experienced growth builder to increase customer value

Pasi Mantila has a strong background in B2B solution sales, SaaS business and building growth companies. In his career, Mantila has built new businesses into profitable entities, led demanding consultative business sales to senior management, and been involved in the implementation of large-scale transformation projects both as a supplier and as a leader. He has developed customer-centric product and GTM strategies, improved organisational capabilities, rebranded, repositioned marketing and sales operations, built partner networks and moved businesses towards a scalable SaaS model. He also has extensive experience in selling learning solutions and international business.

Aiming for impactful learning experiences and growth

In his new role, Mantila will be responsible for growing Mobie’s CompetenceX business. Her role will be to create a package that meets the needs of the target group’s competence development, support the development of the next generation CompetenceX platform, scale the sales approach, expand the partner network and develop value-based marketing based on business benefits.
