Mobie Oy<\/a> and CompetenceX<\/a> <\/strong>-brand are starting a collaboration with one of Finland’s most versatile and successful rowers, Joel Naukkarinen<\/strong>. The partnership will support Joel’s journey towards the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles<\/strong> and reinforce Mobie’s vision of excellence in sports, work and organisational knowledge management. <\/p>\n\n

CompetenceX and Joel create a new training programme for elite sports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A key part of the collaboration is a new training programme focused on learning and performance development in elite sport<\/strong>, built on the Mobie<\/a> CompetenceX<\/a> platform. The programme will draw on Joel’s extensive expertise as an athlete, physician and researcher – a combination that is unusually strong both nationally and internationally. <\/p>\n\n
